Facility Rental

Estes Park School District R-3 sits upon 46 acres in the beautiful Estes Valley. It consists of one elementary, one middle, and one high school with a combined 500,000 ft2 of buildings, about 1000 students, and 180 staff members. EPSD also rents space for the Estes Park Options Program off-site at the YMCA of the Rockies.

EPSD promotes a strong community connection and recognizes that its facilities could be of service to the families, organizations, business members and taxpayers of the Estes Valley. Policy, established procedures, rules, and regulations define the types of uses that are permitted (see the Facility Use Handbook for full details). A separate fee structure for user groups shall ensure that the district will spend its money directly on the education of youth while promoting community use of facilities.

Call or email the Facility Use Coordinator for questions regarding availability and whether a proposed use is permitted. Applications for Use of School Facilities should be completed at least three weeks prior to the scheduled event and returned to Brian Lund for approval and coordination with facility staff.

To submit a formal use request, mail or email a completed and signed Application for Use of School Facilities to the Facility Use Department at:
