Erin Miller, M.Ed., NBCT

PK-2 Principal

I'm excited to be kicking off my third year as Primary Principal at Estes Park Elementary School! I've been in Estes Park Schools for five years, also serving as an Instructional Coach and Director of Innovation and Instruction. Go Bobcats!

I grew up in Hershey, PA, the sweetest place on earth, and I do love chocolate! After earning a B.A. in Elementary Education and Psychology from the University of North Carolina and I have spent the last 22 years in education--as a classroom teacher, outdoor educator, instructional coach, professional developer, and school leader. Teaching and learning have always been my passion. I am a Nationally Board Certified Teacher with a M.ed in Curriculum and Instruction and graduate certificate in Education, Environment, and Community from the University of Washington, as well as, a graduate certificate in school leadership from the University of Denver.

When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three daughters. I love getting outside to explore Rocky Mountain National Park! I look forward to learning more about you and your family throughout this year!

John Bryant, M.Ed.

3-5 Principal

For the last 19 years, my family and I have been so very proud to call Estes Park home.

During my time in Estes Park School District I have had the privilege of teaching 1st grade, serving as Elementary School Assistant Principal, district-wide Director of Education, Curriculum, and Instruction, and currently serving as Intermediate Principal for 3rd-5th grades.

Having grown up in Washington, D.C., I then moved to Texas to attend college at the University of North Texas, earning an undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies-Elementary Education, and attended the University of Phoenix earning a Master's degree in Administrative Education.  Prior to coming to Estes Park, I taught 5th and 6th grades in Fort Collins, Colorado, while my wife, Angie, attended CSU College of Veterinary Medicine.  You can find Angie taking care of dogs, cats, and other furry friends at the Animal Medical Center of Estes Park.

Angie and I enjoy spending our free time with our kids (Ben and Amelia), our two dogs (Bonnie and Gertie), and our cat (Harry).  We enjoy camping, hiking, biking, and all things outdoors.  Ben is a freshman at EPHS this year and enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking and all things sports.  Amelia is a senior at EPHS and you can find her playing music and performing, swimming, and traveling the world.

I can't wait for another wonderful school year at Estes Park Elementary School!
